Children participate in a variety of carefully chosen activities throughout the week at camp and are provided multiple opportunities to reflect on the value of these activities. The 7 summits are woven purposefully into all programs and are addressed during morning and afternoon community meetings daily. All 5-day campers will have the opportunity to participate in: archery, kayaking, cooperative games, scavenger hunts, hiking & nature exploration, climbing, water games, camp cooking (including making s'mores), ice-cream making, the giant swing, and zip lines. Additionally, Trekkers will have the opportunity to play on both ropes courses and learn how to rappel (with a safety back-up of course)!

Parent Activity Opportunities

Attend the Closure Celebration!

Parents and families are invited to attend the 7Summits Camp Closure celebration Friday afternoons at 4:00 p.m. The closure ceremony celebrates each camper individually and provides parents an opportunity to hear from other campers about the strengths, successes, and achievements of their child.

Try the Giant Swing!

Parents are also invited to participate in the Giant Swing experience on Friday afternoons just following the closure celebration! Be prepared to experience the same fear & exhilaration as your child did when s/he tried the Giant Swing earlier in the week! The Giant Swing experience is open to parents ONLY immediately following the closure ceremony.
